Petology started with a simple observation: running a pet-care business meant juggling diaries, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper records. Providers spent more time on admin than on the animals they love.
In 2023, our founding team — a group of pet parents, software engineers, and veterinary professionals — came together to build the platform we wished had existed. One place where providers could manage bookings, calendars, billing, and client communication without the chaos.
